Kiota Inn & Event Center Sutter Creek, An Ascend Collection Hotel

We loved our stay. The location was perfect for visiting local spots like Scott Harvey Wines and BellaGrace Vineyards. The room had satellite programming, fun to unwind to after our adventures. The staff was helpful, and the place felt cute. Definitely recommend it for a friends' getaway!

One downside was the delayed check-in time. It was a bit frustrating at first, so plan your arrival accordingly.

the hotel is perfect for exploring with nearby landmarks like the historic miners' bend park just a quick 15-minute walk away and the charming ice cream emporium only about 600 meters down the road, making it super convenient to enjoy the best of sutter creek.

Unexpected charm in a cozy stay

The room was excellent-spacious and decorated beautifully. The complementary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a decent selection of pastries and fruits.

On the downside, we faced a loud disturbance from neighboring rooms during the night, which impacted our sleep quality. The check-in process was delayed, causing frustration at first.

Landscaping looks neglected with dead plants!!! WiFi issues without resolution dates lead to frustration!!! The sports bar was unavailable , missing an anticipated relaxation opportunity.

I thoroughly enjoyed the newly remodeled rooms, beautifully designed with ample outlets including USB ports. The separate sink area was particularly convenient for getting ready with family members.

Improve noise insulation between rooms.

I stayed in the Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was spacious and clean. Great AC, a lifesaver! The bathroom was also nice with a good shower. They had a little desk area, perfect for getting some work done. Just wish there was a pool because it got super hot! Oh, and the fridge and microwave in the room were handy too.

It was just a great match for a city break in Sutter Creek with good value for money. The lobby was clean and had coffee and cold water always available, a nice touch. Don't hesitate to ask the staff for anything you need during your stay.

The location of the hotel was particularly good and beautiful. The area was beautiful, so close to Main Street restaurants and shops. The mountains and Sutter Creek Theatre were nearby. The total stay was great for a short visit.
